Job Details
Requirements
- Decent English understanding and speaking skills for required understanding and communication
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of PHP and frameworks (Laravel, Codeigniter)
- Basic knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and JS / jQuery must
- Fair understanding of JavaScript programming and DOM manipulation
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
Duties
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Developing project work related to Laravel, WordPress, and Codeigniter
- Migration
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Convert CSS/HTML themes from a frontend designer into PHP templates
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, general web functions and standards
- Hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Companies and clients have a time frame in which they want to launch and have their website “go live.” It is the PHP Developer’s responsibility to complete their project in a timely manner so that this deadline is met.
