Requirements
- QA tester should estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Manual test engineer needs to identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to satisfy client needs.
- Manual Test Engineer must monitor debugging process results.
- QA tester needs to track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open hole counts
- Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.
- Traceability requirements, Test requirements and Usability.
Duties
- Expertise in Manual Testing, QA Testing, and Functionality Testing.
- Experience in Test case creation, Functional Testing, System testing.
- Knowledge in API Testing and Performance Testing.
- QA tester must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to think outside the box and great attention to detail.
- QA tester must have proficiency in both mobile and web application testing.
- Technically orientated self-starter who can make good progress under minimum supervision.
